HOW TO USE

After wetting Cake Liner to get a wet thick-paste consistency, dip the MOB 01 Brush into the pan and coat both sides. Press and wiggle the brush into the root of the lashes in a “stamping” motion and repeat across the entire lash line. For gel eyeliners, simply dip the brush into the eyeliner and apply to the base of the lash for definition.
