Kjaer Weis founder Kirsten Kjaer Weis was born in Denmark and studied at Parisian makeup school, Christian Chauveau. She has been living and working as a makeup artist in New York City for the past 20 years and went on to launch Kjaer Weis in the fall of 2010 - a highly curated organic cosmetic line. The goal was to maintain both sustainability principles and a high standard of design-the products are packaged in sleek metal compacts that are refillable. Kirsten enjoys a holistic lifestyle and is a huge lover of nature, design and the arts.
